EPC Summit Albania – Tirana
In May 2025, Tirana hosted the 6th Summit of the European Political Community, one of the largest political gatherings on the continent – 47 heads of state and government, as well as representatives of the EU and international institutions, gathered in the heart of Skanderbeg Square. It was the first summit of its kind in the Western Balkans, and EVEN was responsible for the entire setup of modular structures that made the event possible.
At the heart of the venue, we erected the Losberger De Boer Palas structure (25×65×8 m), complemented by 11 Cyclone units (5×5×2.7 m) and the Kubo structure (10×10×4 m). We also installed 2 standard A-shape tents, which served as the dedicated medical area for the event. The entire installation and dismantling were carried out by our team.
The biggest challenge was the terrain itself. A large depression in the ground near Skanderbeg Square had to be prepared before any structure could be erected – we leveled the terrain by as much as 3 m, and then set up the Palas structure on it.
In addition to the structures themselves, we also took care of the entire interior design: custom wooden walls, support structures for decoration and private meeting rooms for the attending leaders, as well as all decoration and air conditioning in all tents and structures. Project management on site was in our hands from start to finish.
